1. About this project

Independent AI Tools is a personal, non-professional project. PracticaQCM is an independent study aid accessed within ChatGPT. It is not an official OpenAI product.

2. Free access and future services

PracticaQCM is currently offered free of charge by its developer. ChatGPT may have its own plans, availability conditions and usage limits. Paid optional services may be introduced in future only with prior information about applicable pricing, terms and rights, in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements. No retroactive fee will be charged for past free usage.

3. Intended use

PracticaQCM helps users practise multiple-choice questions using documents they supply to ChatGPT. It is a learning aid, not an accredited examination or certification. Scores reflect the sampled questions and do not establish comprehensive mastery.

4. Documents and content

Upload only documents that you are permitted to use. Users should avoid supplying confidential or sensitive data unless appropriate under ChatGPT's applicable rules. Users remain responsible for evaluating whether documents and questions are suitable for their purposes.

5. Accuracy and availability

AI-generated questions, answers, citations and feedback can be inaccurate. Important information should be checked against original material. Features and availability may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Platform terms

Using PracticaQCM inside ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI's terms and applicable platform policies.
