2. Website and hosting

This is a static informational website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not provide user accounts, PDF uploads, payment processing or developer-installed analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare may handle network and technical request information to deliver, secure and operate the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

3. ChatGPT plugin

PracticaQCM operates within ChatGPT and uses documents supplied to ChatGPT by the user. The developer does not operate an independent PDF upload server or student-results database as part of this skills-only plugin. ChatGPT account, conversations, uploaded files and related processing are governed by the applicable OpenAI privacy policy and user settings. This site does not independently control OpenAI's retention or processing.

4. Support emails

When you contact support, the email address, message and details you voluntarily provide are used to respond to the enquiry and manage related follow-up. The basis for processing is responding to your requested contact and, where applicable, legitimate interests in managing support. Do not email confidential study files or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Support emails are retained only as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, as a general rule, deleted within 12 months of its resolution, unless law requires longer retention. Earlier deletion can be requested where applicable.

5. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection relating to personal data processed for support. Contact serantesvazs@gmail.com. Individuals in France may contact the CNIL about data protection concerns.

6. Updates

Any material change in site operation, tracking, third-party services or paid features will require this policy to be reviewed and updated.
